In law school, Mr. Bauer was Chairman of the Mock Trial Team, Lead Articles Editor for the Law Review and a law clerk intern in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His professional affiliations include: The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the American Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Jacksonville Justice Association. He is an Associate member of the American Inns of Court. |
Mr. Bauer donates time and resources to Volunteer Jacksonville and to Hubbard House, a shelter for abused women and children. Mr. Bauer was born and raised in Indiana. He is married with two daughters.
