In addition to The Florida Bar, Bob Spohrer is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar, the United States Supreme Court Bar, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. Throughout his career, Mr. Spohrer has been active in professional organizations, legal education and civic organizations. His professional memberships and offices include: Past Chair of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, Past Chair of the Board of Examiners for Civil Trial Law, Examiner for The Florida Bar in Aviation Certification, Master of The American Inns of Court, Diplomat of The American Board of Trial Advocates, Chair of the Grievance Committee for the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and adjunct professor at the Florida Coastal School of Law. Committed to legal education, he has provided presentations, lectures and white papers to numerous organizations, including the University of Florida College Of Law, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocacy, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.Mr. Spohrer contributes time and resources to many non-profit organizations including the North Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, and Volunteer Jacksonville. Mr. Spohrer was born in New York City, is married, and has two children.
