Galen Bauer focuses his practice on insurance disputes, unsafe products and premises, automobile and trucking accidents, and aircraft accidents.
Mr. Bauer earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University (2000) and Juris Doctorate with honors from the Florida Coastal School of Law (2005). In law school, he was Chairman of the Mock Trial Team, Lead Articles Editor of the Law Review, and a law clerk intern in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Since graduating from law school, Mr. Bauer has earned numerous honors and has become actively engaged in community improvement efforts. |
He was selected for HandsOn Jacksonville’s Blueprint for Leadership Class of 2009, was named by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of Jacksonville’s 40 under 40 in 2009, and was nominated by peers as a Rising Star among Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. Bauer serves on the board of directors for Safe Harbor Boys Home, and acts as adjunct faculty at Florida Coastal School of Law where he teaches trial advocacy skills to law students.
Mr. Bauer is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Jacksonville Justice Association. He is also an associate member of the Chester Bedell Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
Mr. Bauer is married with two daughters.
