James Ussery graduated from John Marshall University with a law degree, but chose to pursue his first love - Aviation - as his career. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) for both single and multi-engine ratings, and has over 15,000 flight hours.
His experience covers airline, corporate and contract pilot operations.
He also holds an airframe and power plant mechanics certificate (A&P).
He frequently flies our attorneys, witnesses and clients safely and comfortably to their destination in the firm's plane. Mr. Ussery has a long association with our firm and, in addition to acting as chief pilot, he participates extensively in evidence management and aircraft accident analysis.
