Patti Roberts

Patti Roberts is a 1980 graduate of the University of Central Florida and has more than thirty years of experience as a Florida Paralegal. She joined the firm in 1990 after prior experience in the Public Defender's Office and a family law practice.

During the two decades that span her work with Spohrer & Dodd, Ms. Roberts has been involved with some of the firm's most noteworthy representations, including the historic jury verdict against Big Tobacco, Carter v. Brown & Williamson. The case resulted in the first judgment ever collected against Big Tobacco for smoking related injuries.

Ms. Roberts has extensive experience in Medical Malpractice and Products Liability trials, as well as complex civil litigation including state and federal Civil RICO litigation. Her pastimes and interests include water sports, sailing, diving and personal fitness.
