‘Evaluated for Professionalism and Tested for Expertise.’

Spohrer Dodd would like to congratulate firm partner, Keith Maynard, on becoming the newest Board Certified Aviation Law Attorney on its team.

Board Certification is The Florida Bar’s highest evaluation of attorneys’ competency, experience and professionalism in the areas of law approved for specialization. Even if an attorney does meet the stringent application criteria; judges and other lawyers must evaluate the lawyer as to character, ethics and professionalism; and the lawyer must pass a rigorous examination before officially earning board certification.

Mr. Maynard is a retired Army aviator who uses his specialized skills and expertise to represent families in their time of need. He has handled numerous aviation law cases and fulfilled the Florida Bar’s demanding criteria for board certification. Board certified lawyers are evaluated for professionalism, tested for expertise. Of the lawyers eligible to practice law in Florida, only 7 percent have earned board certification.

“Florida Bar board certified specialist,” “board certified expert” and “B.C.S.” are terms that let you know an attorney is a legal expert dedicated to professional excellence, a credential that can help you sort through the clutter of Internet legal advertising when comparing lawyers’ qualifications. Keith Maynard is the fourth member of Spohrer Dodd to achieve this esteemed qualification. Spohrer Dodd has assembled a truly elite team of Aviation Law professionals.
