Biography
Frances is the Legal Assistant to Attorney Jay Howanitz. She works closely with Jay on personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases and has over 33 years of experience assisting legal teams both inside and outside of the court room. She has held a Florida Notary for over 30 years. Fran, as her friends like to call her, likes to dive into the latest technology, and is an avid gardener enjoying the outdoors with her family. Fran also likes to volunteer her time with local Veteran organizations, inspired by her two Veteran sons.
